Inventory is down 12% compared to last year but sales are up 23%. There is a shortage of listings.
44% of listings on the market are

The number of homes going
under contract on a weekly
basis remains very strong.
Total sales are up approximately 23% from last
year.
Even as the market improves there are fewer listings going on
the market.
My View of the MarketThe market is very strong. Multiple offers are
not uncommon.Sales are up 23% compared to last year.Interest rates continue to be low and buyers
are taking advantage of the great time to buy.There is positive pressure on prices in some
market segments.
