Executive summaryFormerly known as Tamoil Africa, OiLibya is a state owned company that is present in 19 African countries: Libya, Egypt, Senegal, Côte d’Ivoire, Cameroon, Gabon, Kenya, Mali, Burkina Faso, Niger, Chad, Eritrea, Uganda, Ile de Réunion, Morocco, Tunisia, Ethiopia, Sudan, and Djibouti.OiLibya operates over 1,260 service stations, more than 20 fuel terminals and depots, 7 lube oil blending plants, and 36 airport fueling facilities around the African continent.In 2008 OiLibya acquired 100% of Shell’s Ethiopia and Djibouti petroleum retail business. In the same year, OiLibya �nalized the acquisitions of ExxonMobil subsidia-ries in Morocco and in Tunisia.OiLibya is now upgrading and adding terminal automa-tion at many of its facilities, including Rades, Tunisia.
