ANEM A LA XARCUTERIA!
Students from 1st level of primary, we went to the Butchers, Adela’s place, to see how they made the big spanish sausages. We could enter in the workshop and we saw the elaboration process. When they finished they gave us as a present three “butifarres” to taste.
◦ The steps to prepare the “butifarres” are:
1st: mince the pork meat
2nd: add salt and pepper to the minced meat
3rd: mix the minced meat.
4th: fill the instestins of the pork with the mixed minced meat
5th: We tie the instestins and the “butifarra” is done!!
