WELCOME

Team Online is an innovative technology provider specializing in solutions

that create significant administrative savings and optimal technical

documentation in the public and private disability sectors.

– “I am so proud of what we have developed for the group homes, adult

services, day services and employment services in Northern Europe. With

13 years experience and over 30,000 users in Europe, we have, after 6

months of development work, our first U.S. customers lined up and are

ready to expand. The tens of thousands of private service providers to the

32 million disabled people will be our initial market segment in the USA,”

says founder and CEO of Team Online, Michael Sandal, Denmark.

Team Online’s main product, Bosted System (the Danish name for “homes

for disabled”), is a web-based socio-technical software that makes the

mandatory documentation and reporting for providers electronically based;

replacing the traditional paper-based documentation.

– Bosted System has been developed, tested and adapted for the American

market, and is currently being installed at our first customer for use by their

410 employees in Arizona, says CEO of Team Online Inc. North America,

Johnny Killerup Pedersen.

TIME FOR CARE

Challenges for providers todayThere are nearly 3 million employees working

in the tens of thousands of private social

service providers in the U.S. There is almost

no digitization of their administrative and

professional work, but the practical, profes-

sional, economic and political pressure for

increased use of technological tools is intense

and soaring.

Organizing and getting access to relevant

documents poses great challenges for providers

today, as information and documentation

about the consumers and daily activities can

easily pile up in stacks of paper and binders.

It can be a tedious and time-consuming task

to organize these documents, and difficult for

staff and managers to get access to relevant

documents. Consequently, providers spend a

lot of time and resources on administration,

which instead could be spent providing

services directly to the consumers.

Bosted System helps you manage your informationBosted System helps providers simplify the

mandatory reporting to state agencies, guar-

dians and support coordinators. It facilitates

the transition from paper to computer, and

helps providers overcome many of the obstacles

they face today. Bosted System is a great way

to organize and share knowledge within the

organization and with all external partners,

and it has never before been so easy to find

the information that is relevant to you.

Bosted System has been developed, tested

and adapted to the American market, and is

currently being installed at our first customer

who has 380 employees.

Easy access to informationBosted System is a socio-technical web-

based documentation and reporting system

designed to meet all mandatory, daily needs

for documentation, knowledge sharing, and

billing of social services. The system is user-

friendly and easy-to-access, and makes it

possible to store relevant information and

to document daily activities. You can easily

share documents within your department,

upload documents, and make logbook entries

about individual consumers.

Andrew Baberi, who is on staff at Richmond

Foundation in Malta, treats all forms of mental

health disorders. He is certain that other

Maltese service providers could benefit from

Bosted System.

– “I believe that in this day and age, we

need to be more efficient and effective,

especially in our line of work. Bosted System

training allows this as, at the click of a button,

it can give you all the information you need.

This saves a lot of time going through files

and papers with the risk of not finding the

information that you want,” says Andrew

Baberi, Richmond Foundation, Malta.

A study documents savings

A study conducted by the

University of Southern

Denmark found that

care providers can save

134 hours per employee

per year by implemen-

ting Bosted System and by working digitally

with plans, journals and medicine handling.

These savings give each employee 172 minutes

per week to spend on care rather than on paper-

work. In the Danish disability sector (comparable

in size to Arizona’s disability sector), this trans-

lates into a reallocation of nearly 90M USD in

working hours per year from paperwork to care,

without compromising overall service quality.

These significant benefits can also be achieved

in the U.S. market.

SYSTEM BENEFITS

Easy access and daily backupBosted System can help reduce administra-

tion costs by making the documentation efforts

much more efficient. The system is user-friendly

and easy-to-access, and makes documentation

much easier and more accurate compared to

using paper and binders.

The system will also reduce the number of

hours spent on searching for and organizing docu-

ments in various folders. Providers will also be

able to substantially reduce their office supplies

costs, as it will no longer be necessary to write

everything down on paper. Instead, everything

is stored digitally on the computer. All data is

stored securely and daily back-ups to ensure that

the information is always available and always

safe.

Knowledge sharing and individual profilesWith Bosted System, care providers and staff can

easily get an in-depth view of the activities and

documentation efforts related to their consumers.

The system facilitates a seamless transition

from one shift to the next by giving care providers

and staff immediate access to all information

entered on previous shifts. Staff can quickly

prepare for today’s tasks by logging into Bosted

System and reviewing the status of all consumers

under their care.

Each consumer has an individual profile in

the system from which the staff can access

all information and documents related to that

consumer.

The system also supports individual support

plans (ISP), behavioral plans, and other goals

and objectives, all of which are accessible from

the consumers' profiles and in the form and format

required by the authorities.

Provide quality careBy keeping electronic records, care providers

can improve their administrative efficiency and

facilitate the organization and sharing of in-

formation within the organization. Saving time

on paperwork enables them to spend more time

providing quality care to the consumers.

Better documentationBosted System helps care providers improve

the quality of their documentation. Having a

user-friendly and easily accessible IT solution

to support these efforts makes it easier for care

providers and staff to document their daily

activities and observations, and this will also

increase their motivation to do so.

StandardizationBosted System helps improve the quality of care

by supporting and standardizing many of the

daily tasks. The system has been evolving since

1998, with close attention paid to the specific

needs of care providers. The system enables

providers to standardize their documentation

efforts by the use of templates throughout the

system, for example, individual support plans,

logbooks, medicine handling, activities, care

plan, etc.

Increased competitivenessThe consumers will benefit from an increase

in care quality, and the providers will benefit

from increased competitiveness. Bosted System

makes it possible for providers to showcase and

document their care efforts to relevant partners,

such as authorities and the families of the con-

sumers. In addition, by using an IT solution to

support their efforts, providers can differentiate

themselves and show that they are among the

leading providers in the market.

Bosted System is a SaaS-based, social-professional CRM system for the

disability sector, resulting in:

• Significant savings in administrative costs

• Professionalization of workflow and detailed technical documentation

• Improved workflow and knowledge sharing

• Fewer errors

• Better dialogue with authorities, relatives, and insurers

“Bosted” is the Danish word for “homes for disabled”. The system supports

the daily documentation activities and reporting for providers of residential

services, group homes, adult services, day services and employment services,

and is compliant with U.S. processes and procedures.

Many years of experienceTeam Online is a leading European software developer for providers as-

sisting people with developmental disabilities, and has gained expertise in

SUPPORT

We help you all the way

When you decide to implement the Bosted

System, we help you every step of the way

through the process. This means that our

experienced consultants are involved in all

aspects of the work, right from the setup of

the system to user training and, of course,

during the actual transition from paper to

digital documentation. A special offer for a

limited time periode. After Go Live, we make

sure that the Bosted System is accessible to

the staff 24/7, just as our support department

is available on a daily basis with tips and tricks

and other advice on using the system. If the care

provider should need additional training or wants

to implement new modules or func tionalities, our

professional consultants can also offer assistance

with this.

Support is includedIf any problems arise during the use of Bosted

System, or if you need guidance, Team Online's

consultants offer support by e-mail or phone.

Jeanette Tynan is a consultant in the Arizona

office and reflects on her dialogue with users.

– “Our customer hotline is very important for

our dialogue with users of our system. Just after

an update we are the first to receive feedback

from users on our customer hotline, which is

very useful and educational. We quickly respond

to their feedback with additional information

right where they need more guidance,” explains

Jeanette Tynan.

– “The sooner we can help a

user go further with his or her

work, or become aware of new

needs, the better. In the end it's

essential to reduce time spent on

administration and documentation and real-

locate time to care,” says Jeanette Tynan.

She explains that the monthly license fee

includes three annual updates of Bosted

System. This ensures that new modules and

improvements to the system are available to all

users at no extra cost. She is certain that the

dialogue with users is essential for continued

development of the system.

“Bosted System contains a lot of sensitive

information about you and each consumer's

life.

– We take data privacy very seriously, and

Bosted System prevents unauthorized persons

from accessing, viewing, or changing the information in the system,”

says Rune Andersen, Head of Development. He explains that only

the staff at the service provider and entrusted employees at Team

Online have access to the information in Bosted System, and

everyone who has access to the information is bound by professional

secrecy.

A secure system

Jeanette Tynan

There are no start-up costs of any kind associated with Bosted System. A low monthly license fee is charged for each user who access the system.

Hacker-proof and encrypted

Bosted System is a web-based system that is accessed via the internet.

The system employs a secure Internet connection which makes it impos-

sible to obtain data being transmitted between Bosted System and a

computer.

Accessing Bosted System requires a personal user name and a confi-

dential password. The user name and password are used to log informa-

tion about when staff members have accessed Bosted System and which

actions they have performed in the system. To protect transmissions bet-

ween the server hosting Bosted System data and the individual user, we

use a secure connection that ensures all communication is encrypted.

TRAINING

Paper is OK – but expensive

Bosted System eliminates paperwork, copying

and mailing tasks, and the need for expensive

filing and storage solutions by automating

the reporting, documentation and invoicing

procedures.

From our experience with more than 600

providers, we know that this will create substantial

cost savings, faster workflow and better working

conditions for staff.

We cannot, however, eliminate all paperwork

over night, and many state agencies still need

to receive plans, progress reports, incident

reports, seizure observations, invoices, and other

documents on paper.

Bosted System has incorporated the official

forms, documents, and schemes from all states,

so if needed, Bosted System can automatically

fill out the requested documents with the relevant

data. In Arizona, our customers have Individual

Support Plans (ISPs), incident reports, thousands

of monthly progress reports, and many other

reports automatically generated in the format

requested by the Department of Develop-

mental Disabilities (DDD).

The working procedures are

automated, so reports are made

in seconds and can be e-mailed

or printed without having to sort

through binders of information, hand-

written notes, or old filing cabinets.

Reporting and invoicing is automated, ma-

king new plans becomes much faster, and the

filing and storage is not only automatic, faster

and cheaper, but the information can be found

within seconds.

We will generate paper versions if needed,

but can also provide the support coordinators

in state departments and agencies with a user-

name and password, so they can check on the

status of their consumers in real time and from

any location with an internet connection. This

will not only save a tree, save transport time,

and provide better information faster, but will

also increase the quality of dialogue between

state authorities and providers.

Paper will be needed for some time to come,

but the future belongs to web based, electronic

solutions.

Team Online has developed courses customized to new care providers

wishing to get off to a good start with Bosted System:

Start-up course: Two days for decision-makers and key staff at the

care provider who must be able to determine the basic setup of

Bosted System during the course.

Superuser course: One day for selected staff with technical flair and/

or a desire to help and support colleagues in connection with

everyday questions about the use of Bosted System.

User course: One day for all employees who will be working with the

Bosted System.

Written course material has been prepared for all courses and modules,

and there are also illustrated user guides available for all modules

and functionalities.

Apart from the basic courses, Team Online also offers a number of

supplementary courses such as a standard IT competency identification

process and a course in basic IT skills. In addition, we can also

develop special courses in collaboration with the care provider adapted

to local wishes and needs, e.g. if the care provider wishes to introduce

special modules after Go Live.

Generally, all courses are held locally at the care provider by Team

Online’s own teachers and consultants.

Connecting and protecting everyone

Cletus Thiebeau comes from a paperless culture,

the super-digitized Bank of America. But in

2003 he became president and CEO of VALLEY-

LIFE, a large nonprofit provider in Phoenix that

serves people with disabilities, and discovered

that the world of social agencies was built of

paper.

Cumbersome files were stored wherever space

allowed, some of it redundant, all of it subject

to risk from fire or water damage. The prolife-

rating paperwork cut into the

time professionals had for care

and thwarted data retrieval and

privacy protection. Having seen

what it did for banking, Thie-

beau turned to technology for

solutions.

“The Bosted System was a

natural fit for us to move toward

our goal, which is to maintain

the health and safety of our

members. Since 92 percent of

the money we receive comes from taxpayers, we

have a huge responsibility to be very frugal. The

best way is through efficiency, and technology

creates efficiency,” he said.

Arizona’s system of caring for the disabled

requires a lot of reporting, which ac-

counts for most of the paper glut.

“We are not here primarily to report

incidents to the state, but to deliver

care. This software system is the best way to do

both, and is a necessity,” Thiebeau said.

The task required merging three data systems,

upgrading existing computers and adding more

workstations.

Although the social systems of Denmark and

Arizona differ, the software adapted well. “Over-

all there is not that

much difference.

Both systems care

for people with

the same types of

disorders,” said IT

Specialist Stephan

DiGiacomo.

Project manager

Karla Cleveland im-

plemented Bosted’s

U.S. Beta project,

which would proceed in stages through four

service areas.

“It turned out to be incredibly easy. We expected

issues about the system not meeting our needs

but were pleasantly surprised. Our accounting

software was harder to learn,” said Cleveland.

She began by giving the staff a heads up on

the system to promote positivity before training

started.

“Some were a little fearful because they

didn’t regularly use computers. They received

one-on-one training and now some have taken

to using computers at home. Others are asking:

when do I get the training?” Cleveland said.

Now all reports for residential and day services

are digitized. Existing paper files of medical

and other records have been scanned in. And

doctors have marveled at the detailed records at

members’ appointments.

“Bosted will complete the Beta project for

VALLEYLIFE with a completely customized

system. The reporting for most other Arizona

agencies is identical. So it will travel well and

will be easier to adapt for them,” said DiGiacomo.

The concept is new to the disability field in

Arizona, which uses little technology in admini-

stration, but CEO Thiebeau believes electronic

records will grow.

“The alternative is less efficiency and less

security. We owe it to our members,” he said.

VALLEYLIFE

Defeating the Paper TigerFor VALLEYLIFE, the Bosted System means

shifting staff from paper work to caregiving. The

system frees up 130 hours per user per year for

direct care.

“The old way involved completing a daily log

for each member, copying it, filing it in a binder

that travels with the member, filing the copies

and periodically tabulating the data,” says Cori

Dunn, Residential Program Manager, who reports

on 40 members daily.

Now she inputs new info and stores it securely

for instant retrieval by other professionals cleared

for access, hastening solutions to problems.

Skype and instant messaging features reduce

travel time and expenses.

The agency previously had sought electronic

solutions to handle documentation required

by the State of Arizona. Tools are available but

costly in time and money. “Team Online created

a pre-packaged system, so the upfront cost was

a lot less. It’s already been tested for this use,”

says Stephan DiGiacomo, IT Specialist.

The staff adapted surprisingly quickly to the

system, DiGiacomo says. “They have more pride

in what they do when they can see their record

so easily. They have a larger purpose than just

complying with the state,” he said.

Dunn confesses feeling “giddy” having all

the information in one place “at the touch of

a button.”

Administrative Assistant Dianna Rowan is very

focused on safeguarding files and ducuments.

Her greatest concerns with implementing the

new system were that no files would be lost and

they would remain secure.

“I’m used to guarding paper files, which can

get lost. I get apprehensive because there is

so much information that can be eliminated or

altered -- but not with the Bosted System. We

haven’t lost any information,” Rowan says.

“The record is there, whatever happens, even

if a member leaves. No information is ever

removed. It’s just as confidential and secure

as it used to be. That’s very important for our

members. They are vulnerable and I would not

like to see them exploited,” she says.

White-knuckle typistLynette Sisson admits she typically has been nervous about computers and used

them as little as possible. But fate intervened.

“I realized my job demanded learning the Bosted System. The project leaders

told us about its advantages, and I thought it was a good idea. I decided to have

a positive attitude about it to make it easier to learn. It was very easy to learn.

Now I’m learning all the short cuts,” says Sisson, who trained in VALLEYLIFE

Vocational Services and works as a Direct Support Professional.

Clicking adeptly through the system, she easily explores a broad range of details,

noting her group members’ recent accomplishments with pride.

Lynette confesses she has a new goal: improving her skills as a typist.

Arizona's disablity sector gears up

Americans use digital technology to pay bills,

buy music, book movie tickets and more. A broad

majority supports digitized medical records,

which are racing toward 100 percent adoption.

Arizonans have set up a non-profit, Arizona

Health-e, to help healthcare providers switch to

digital systems. While Arizona’s Developmental

Disabilities community talks about digitizing

case records, it rarely has been able to turn that

interest into action.

“The concept is new to the industry,” said

one expert source. An Arizona agency leader said

he knew of only two agencies seeking to digi-

tize client records. Developmental Disabilities

caregivers are an especially good fit for e-records

because of the range of disabilities they address,

from autism and Down syndrome to cerebral

palsy. Tracking all data and having each client’s

information in one place improves comprehensive

care. Because of the need to document a variety of

services, from residential to job training, e-records

are even more valuable.

The lifelong nature of developmental disabilities

suggests the need for a lifelong record. On paper

such a document is extremely cumbersome, but

it becomes a dynamic, accessible tool, electro-

nically. The U.S. disabled community is living

longer, and as individuals age, their issues can

be more complicated, illustrating the need for

documents that can’t be lost or altered with

time.

With Arizona’s fragile state budget, some have

viewed e-records as a burdensome expense for

the DD community. But the technology has the

ability to transform the way Arizona’s Division of

Developmental Disabilities does business and

how its agencies provide care. Most Arizona

clients receive multiple services, often moving

from one site to the next, a complicated obstacle

to easily managing medication or acute conditions.

Having an entire client record available in “real

time” will revolutionize care.

Looking ahead, the Arizona Division of Develop-

mental Disabilities is already participating in a

working committee on technology. And why not?

National studies show that adopting e-records

improves services and opens doors to better

public policy decision-making.

ARIZONA

Mayo Clinic: early adopterWhen Mayo Clinic Arizona opened in 1998, all of its medical records were electronic, a first for

the state, although Mayo’s Minnesota campus had gone digital in 1993.

The easy access adds up to a patient care advantage, says Deborah Jaskowski, Mayo Arizona’s

Operations Administrator.

“In the old paper days, your record was that file you held in your hand in one location at a

time. Now if a patient comes in with some rare neurological condition for which we don’t have a

specialist on site, a doctor can share the data instantly with a specialist at another campus,” says

Jankowski. Today, Mayo is focusing on connecting with non-Mayo health entities.

“We need to agree on some standard nomenclature,” Jankowski says. That way different systems

can share data with each other.

Spoonful of Sugar The U.S. door-opener to electronic records is HITECH, the 2009 Health Information Technology

Economic and Clinical Health Act. It encourages “meaningful use” of EHR, electronic health

records. Congress authorized $27 billion in cash incentives for healthcare providers and $2 billion

to facilitate exchange of EHRs. Arizona providers are eligible to pick up $500 million.

Meaningful use means the technology must show a patient benefit, says David Blumenthal,

M.D., National Coordinator for Health Information Technology. Implications for the social services

are apparent.

“Standards-based electronic information can become dynamic, interacting with other information

to generate useful safety alerts, call attention to treatment alternatives and enable instantaneous

assessments,” he says.

Arizona’s Division of Developmental Disabilities

(DDD) requires detailed reports on people with

disabilities and their care. The state safeguards

these individuals because they may have cognitive

impairment or their families are not involved in

their lives. The resultant paperwork threatens

to overwhelm the system in Arizona and other

states. Nearly 75 percent of Americans favor

starting a national electronic health records

system to share patient data among health pro-

fessionals. A similar idea could help the social

services.

• Approximately 4.5 million individuals in

We focus on U.S. requirements

“It is Team Online Inc.'s vision to contribute to the improve-

ment of quality of life for people with development disabilities.

The goal is to achieve this by creating optimal conditions for providers

to help and support their consumers through qualified and efficient

care, so that each person can reach his or her full potential.

– Bosted System is fine tuned to match the conditions and procedures

followed in the U.S. The need for care in American society is growing

and the care sector is facing some serious challenges today,” says

Johnny Killerup Pedersen, CEO of Team Online Inc. North America.

Improve life quality for consumers

The service, care, and support for the elderly and disabled are in all

aspects vital and necessary, and represent a moral obligation for all of

us. Families, relatives, churches, social charities, and public authorities

are facing this growing and demanding task daily, and encounter many

financial and practical challenges. We are confident that with better care,

better services, and better-equipped families and providers, we can help

these citizens feel more integrated in society and in this way contribute

to improving their quality of life.

It is Team Online’s aim to assist hard working families and professional

providers in ensuring optimal conditions for the care of the elderly and

disabled, so that each person can reach his or her full potential. Our

vision is to help and support people in improving their quality of life

through better and more efficient care.

Q1: Are Arizona and its developmental disabilities community ready

to go paperless?

A1: I think they are. It’s a matter of having the resources to set it up

and implement it.

Q2: Is there a need?

A2: Digital records should be possible everywhere, because the paper

and space demands now are huge resource takers. They make

data far more accessible, also.

Q3: How difficult is it to comply with Arizona’s reporting mandates?

A3: The amount of reporting is burdensome. Most clients require

monthly progress reports for each service they use. The AAPPD

questions the utility of some of the reporting, but it’s not going down.

Q4: How does the paperwork affect care givers?

A4: With staff turnover and so much paper, case managers can’t

always find reports, usually requested by the state. Digitization

would streamline the ability to access information.

Q5: What concerns do your members have?

A5: The cost. Big agencies can handle it. Smaller providers may not

have the resources. And training. We have people with very

different levels of education.

Q6: What would it take to see widespread use of e-records?

A6: Many would want the state to reimburse for the cost of converting.

Most funding comes from the federal government, but that only

covers 75 percent of actual costs. It is a touchy thing to add

anything else.

Q7: Will the Arizona disabilities community adopt e-records?

A7: It’s the wave of the future. There’s no way to avoid it.

Monica Attridge, of the Arizona Association of Providers for People with Disabilities (AAPPD), weighs the prospects for adopting digital records.

The need for Care is growing

The elderly and disabled are among the biggest and yet

most vulnerable groups in our society. In the U.S., there are

more than 40 million people over 65 years old, and more than 32

million children and adults living with disabilities.

These numbers will keep growing in the years to come:

- In the U.S., an estimated 20 million people will suffer from Alzheimer’s disease by 2050. Care for these people is estimated to cost $1.5 trillion per year.

- 7.5 million people suffer from a heart attack each year in the U.S.In 2010, the cost of caring for those with cardiovascular diseases in the

U.S. is approaching $500 billion annually.

- 350,000 children are born each year with autism in the U.S. By the year 2020, the annual cost of caring for autistic

individuals will range from $200 to $400 billion per year.

Team Online is a leading European supplier of

IT solutions for providers assisting people with

developmental disabilities and is headquartered

in Denmark. Denmark has, like the other Nordic

European countries, a long history of taking

care of people with developmental disabilities.

The political focus on taking care of people

with develop mental disabilities and other social

minorities is well-known as the Nordic Welfare

Model. The social legislation in the Nordic coun-

tries is extensive, and the majority of service pro-

viders are run by the state and funded by taxes.

Denmark has several thousand small and large

private and public service providers, counseling

services, etc. within the area of marginalized

children and adults. These providers offer spe-

cialized services for physically and mentally disa-

bled residents, marginalized children, battered

women, alcoholics, and drug addicts.

In 1998, Denmark passed legislation that re-

quired documentation of the care provided to

the elderly and the developmentally disabled.

Since then, Team Online has been supporting

care providers in documenting their efforts.

The Nordic European countries have quickly

made the move from paper to computer within

the disability sector, and for more than twelve

years, care providers have been using IT tools to

support their daily work routines and activities.

In the Nordic European countries, this has re-

sulted in a better quality of care for people with

developmental disabilities, economic savings for

providers, and increased sharing of knowledge

among care providers and organizations.

In a perfect world, providers of services to

people with developmental disabilities would

have more resources, so they could create even

better services for their consumers.

The reality these days is, however, that most

providers have to reduce costs, eliminate pro-

grams, and lower their service

level.

This has to change!

Team Online wants

to create the best

possible conditions

for the consumers,

and we have docu-

mented at more

than 600 providers

that Bosted Sy-

stem can create

better service for the same or less money.

As the founder, Michael Sandal, explains after

13 years of operation: “With no start-up costs,

no need for additional hardware or software,

and a low monthly service fee, most providers

will actually save money from day one by instal-

ling Bosted System. Immediate savings can be

achieved on administration and resources spent

on program manager and supervisors’ reporting

and control.”

These savings can be used to compensate for

lower rates from states’ authorities or to increase

service.

We know that providers who use Bosted System

will be able to maintain or increase their service

level, while driving their costs down at the same

time. With Bosted System, the Direct Service

Providers will spend up to 10% less time on

documentation, and thus ensuring more time for

care.

The number of people with developmental disa-

bilities is growing, the demand for specialized

programs, services and activities is growing, and

the financial challenges for state authorities and

providers are at the same time unprecedented.

“This mixture of increasing costs and fewer

resources is not sustainable, and we all have to

look for substantial changes,” says Johnny Killerup

Pedersen, CEO of Team Online Inc.

We know that there are already many discussi-

ons and suggestions among state officials, pro-

viders, organizations and relatives, and we hope

to contribute to new solutions with our focus

on digitalized documentation and automated

reporting.

Less administration, less filing, less copying,

and less paper, combined with faster work and

information flow are big benefits to everybody in-

volved with people with developmental disabilities.

Team Online cares for this group of people,

and we are ready to participate in groups, discus-

sions, experiments, and solutions that can create

better conditions for them.

As Johnny Killerup Pedersen puts it, “We

believe that less administration equals more

time for care, and we will prove this in the

coming years in the U.S.“

Royal Danish Consulate General

A Partnership for Care

The Consulate General of Denmark in New York and Team Online have

joined forces in a strategic partnership endorsed by the Danish Ministry of

Foreign Affairs to bring the innovative reporting system, Bosted System,

to market in the U.S.

With this partnership, we address the critical challenges in the Ameri-

can care sector on points where Denmark has decisive competences and

technologies. In this case, we have chosen to focus on the digitalization

of reporting and documentation in the delivery of developmental services.

By digitalizing the documentation efforts in the social care sector,

providers can now have more time for care, to ease the administrative

burden, and to focus on the most important: the consumers. This is due to

the immediate economic results that Bosted System produces.

The benefits are many but one in particular is important to those who value

Corporate Social Responsibility – with professional work flow and processes

comes happier and prouder employees. This also translates directly into

more and better care. Team Online holds proof of it.

It is our sincere hope that you will explore this opportunity with Team Online

as we are confident that the Bosted System can bring substantial value

to your business. More than 600 providers have already experienced this.

Sincerely,

Morten Viktor Svendsen
