Activating Your CDW Account Users will receive the below e-mail with their account information. Your account name will be your e-mail address, with a generic password that you will be prompted to change when you first log in.
Click “Log On Now” to activate your account. This must be completed within 24 hours of receiving this e-mail.

Creating A Quote/Order From the main page, select your machine type or product category for a list of compatible and approved accessories. Clicking on the picture will bring you to the list of approved items.

Creating A Quote/Order For the item you would like, select “Add To Cart” Clicking on the “Product Detail” will provide additional product information.

Pricing will default to your Bosch negotiated price. Select “Continue” to finalize your cart.

Creating A Quote/Order You may either continue shopping, manually add items to cart, or finalize your quote or order in this screen.

If you know the CDW part number, or manufacturer’s part number, you can add it manually here.
Select “Quote” to create your quote, or “Checkout” to convert to an order

Finalizing A Quote Enter your shipping address. You will have the option to use saved shipping addresses on future quotes and orders. Your name and e-mail address will auto-populate. Please manually enter your phone number. Your account team requires this information to quickly address any potential issues with your order.

Finalizing A Quote Enter your UPS Collect account information as the shipping method. You are given the option of CDW-negotiated rates should your UPS account not be eligible for the order. Use your Bosch UPS account in all other cases.

Finalizing A Quote
For your reference, enter a quote description.
If you would like a PDF copy in addition to the HTML version you will be sent, check this box.
Click here to finalize your quote.

Finalizing A Quote Your quote has been created! You have the option to forward your quote to a colleague and save your default settings.

Creating an Order You can create an order directly from a cart, or by converting a previously created quote. To create an order from a cart, select “Checkout” from the Cart screen. Follow the same checkout process you did when finalizing your quote.

Finalizing an Order After selecting your shipping method, you are prompted for payment information. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CHANGE THE BILLING ADDRESS. Instead, enter your P-Card billing address in the “Customer Notes” section.

If nothing is entered, “WEB” will be the default PO reference.

Converting a Quote to Order
To convert an existing quote to an order, begin at the main CDW page. Enter your quote reference, and select “Find It”

Converting a Quote to Order Select “Add To Cart” to create a new cart with these items. Select “Checkout” to create an order. Follow the same steps you would when creating an order from a cart.
