The Arbolino’s are Honored
On August 6, 2010-what would have been the 60th Anniversary of Jack and Eileen S. Arbolino, an 8ft.
Evergreen tree was planted in their honor at the Harrington Park Tennis Courts at George Street Park. The Arbolino’s were long time residents of
Harrington Park and the dedication was attended by friends and family including Grandson’s Charlie Jack and Jacob Jubilee Kruger,
Mayor Paul A. Hoelscher and Rev. Diane L. Rhodes from
St. Andrew’s Church. The Arbolino’s are remembered as funny, kind and community minded people who had strong and beliefs and many friends. Mr. Arbolino was on the Planning Committee of the Tennis Courts and loved the game. This was a fitting place for Mr. and Mrs. Arbolino to be honored.

Saturday, July 10th, a group of 8 Juniors from Northern Valley High School at Old Tappan, led by Will Maltin got together to dispose of
the overwhelming buildup of garbage at Highland Field and adjacent areas. This is the second year Will has organized this event and over 20- 40 gallon garbage bags were filled.
The field was littered with a wide array of trash from alcohol containers, to plastic bags, bottles, a bicycle tire, and a soccer goal. They
knew their work was appreciated as many cars pulled to the side of the road just to
thank them for their hard work. Will hopes that the groups efforts will set a precedent for
others. GO GREEN KEEP HP CLEAN.
