The challenges that the industry is facing today are lack of regulatory clarity in packaging, sustainable packaging and green packaging materials. The industry has adopted various upgraded technologies to enhance the shelf life of food products since there is a lot of demand for ready to cook and ready to eat products are increasing day by day.
