CAPACITY AND PROJECT STATUS
PROJECT STATUS:
Simpang Belimbing project start construction from 2008, with the earth excavation start in April 2009, and concrete pouring of main house start in June 2009.
By 04 August 2011 the first unit start operation, by 11th November 2011, the second unit start operation, 10 months earlier than as stated in PPA contract.
During contruction period, PLN supply full support to this project, this is one of the major factor that make construction period complete in advance, we express our sincerely appreciation to PLN.

The project water intake is located in S. Lematang river, the initial scheme for water intake is planed to contruct water pumping station,with totally three pumps, one spare, two occupy.
     As the local rainy season as long as up to 6 months, but construction for water pump station need at least two dry seasons to complete. As Rainy season come, the level of river water keep raising, the previews cofferdam construction and other construction work will be fully flooded, including the foundation. Also there is no such qualified contractor to do this job in indonesia, with all these conditions, we get the ideal of water pump ship replace water intake station, as it is constructed ashore. when finished, move to river, the ship up and down as water level, so that through the application of new technologies to solve construction problems.

Water intake use pump ship with capacity 2400 m3 / h, designed for 4 x 150MW power plant, for the first two unit is 1800 m3 / h, reserved for the expansion.
Water supply system is mainly composed of riverside pump, spare water intake pump house, mechanical accelerated clarification tank, filter, dosing and chlorination equipment, cistern and integrated water pump house, sludge treatment equipment and so on.

Mechanical accelerated clarification tank design treatment capacity is 2 600m3 / h, normal turbidity is not more than 1000mg / L, a short time influent turbidity is not more than 3000mg / L.
Machine pool, the dosing device, integrated water pump house of integrated water pump programmable controller ( PLC ) controls the procedure, according to the system operation and control requirements, design the program logic. Can remote control, also can be in local control cabinet of start-stop.
Reservoir with integrated water pump house of each pump are provided with chain, sludge and sludge dewatering equipment chain.

The engineering coal water treatment system in 4 150MW unit capacity design, phase two is no longer building, coal contained wastewater mainly for coal handling system of irrigation drainage.
Coal system flushing drainage through the flushing collection, pooling to coal water treatment room in a settling tank, then through coal water booster pump booster to coal water treatment equipment for dosing, coagulation, sedimentation, clarify the reuse to coal handling system.

Circulating water with sodium hypochlorite, scale inhibitor, corrosion inhibitor treatment.
In order to prevent the water circulation system in the growth of microorganism and bacteria, the engineering is provided with a circulating water by adding antiseptic system, for the electrolysis of sodium chloride by sodium hypochlorite solution, 2 sets of effective chlorine output 20kg / h electrolysis of sodium chloride sodium hypochlorite generating system ( product solution the effective concentration of about 7.5-9.5g / L ). Adopt the intermittent dosing, daily dosing 1-3 times, each time for 2 hours ( chlorination eventually determined dosage ), 1-3mg / L, condenser circulating water outlet side of residual chlorine control in 0.5-1.0mg / L.
System for preventing scaling, this project adopts the acid treatment way anti-scaling treatment. The dosage is 5mg / L ( according to the experimentally determined).

Circulating water with sodium hypochlorite system uses no diaphragm electrolysis process, with 2 sets of 20kg / h electrolysis device of sodium hypochlorite, according to the operation of adding volume changes, can be a single set of operation, but also two sets of running at the same time, salt liquid delivery, dilution, electrolysis, sodium hypochlorite storage and dosing to achieve automatic operation.
