NOTE: No display variances will be granted. Please design your display in accordance with the published NPE2021 Show Rules & Regulations. Your booth elevation plan must be submitted with this form.
Requirements: Show management approval is required for the following booth designs/productions: Hanging displays, signs and banners (Show Rule #31 and #49) Truss installation overhead and floor supported (Show Rule #55) Use of copyrighted materials (i.e. music, video, photo, etc.) (Show #41) Show Management approval is required for all hanging signs which are only permitted in island booths 400 square feet
and greater.
Mandatory All exhibitors are required to submit booth plans for approval to ensure your exhibit is not in violation. Submit your booth plans early so necessary adjustments can be made to avoid additional expense to bring your booth into compliance.
Instructions: Complete and submit this form with your booth plan drawing and elevation plan by April 19, 2021. Structural drawings for truss, multi-story, covered exhibits and towers MUST include a signature or stamp of a reviewing
structural engineer indicating the structure design is properly engineered for its proposed use, AND a signature of anauthorized official of the exhibit building company indicating the structure is built in compliance with the details andspecifications set forth on the drawings. Your booth elevation plan must be submitted with this form.
