The labour market figures in the airport area of BER are excellent for the last 10 years.
‒ Actually, Berlin and Brandenburg are well above the national average, the level around the airport region lies under the Federal and State average. Actual huge demands for jobs in care for the elderly, metal processing and logistics.
‒ Unemployment rate in County Dahme-Spreewald fell from 12 % in 2005 over 7,5% in 2011 to 6% in 2015.
