Human contact is a very overlooked but vital part of increasing your energy and longevity. In fact, babies who are given all the nutrition they need but receive no physical contact, grow far slower, cry more, and come down with all sorts of illnesses, diseases and, in some cases, they even die, just because they didn’t get the human contact they require. On the other hand, senior citizens watch a lot of their friends pass away from disease and old age. Yet if they have a pet, or if they have family who comes to visit them on a regular basis, they live far longer, healthier, happier lives.
