Bookstore Ordering Instructions (for students who pay for resources out of pocket)

Log in to Canvas and click on the ‘Help’ icon on the left side.

A list of options will appear. Click on ‘UAGC Bookstore’ link.

A new tab will open and take you into your individual UAGC Bookstore account.

Click on the ‘New Order’ icon to begin the order process for your next course.

Depending on your upcoming schedule you will have several options on how to proceed. We suggest

clicking on the ‘Select Courses’ tab on the left side, select your course, then click ‘Continue’.

The screen will update and list the items available for the course that was selected. Click the yellow ‘Add

to Cart’ icon to add the item before clicking ‘Continue’ to proceed.

After you have successfully added the item to your cart the yellow icon will be replaced by the ‘In-Cart’

icon and the option to remove it as well.

Click ‘Continue’ to proceed to the Review Cart screen.

Click ‘Continue’ to proceed to the Shipping Information screen.

Click ‘Place Order’ to proceed to the Payment screen.

If you have Book Voucher funds available the system will automatically apply them to your order (you

have the option to adjust book voucher funds to 0.00 if you wish to not apply Book Voucher funds to a

specific transaction). If you do not have Book Voucher funds the credit card information prompt will

appear. Enter your credit card information and click Place Order to proceed.

Here is how the screen will appear with the Book Voucher amount set to zero.

Click ‘Submit’ to proceed. You will then see that your order has been submitted and you will have the

option to print your order if you wish. You will also receive an email from

donotreply@uagcbookstore.com with your order information for your records.

If you have any questions on how to navigate the site, place orders, or other customer service needs you

can contact support through the ‘Help Center’ ticketing system in the upper right hand corner.

Click ‘Contact Us’ then enter keywords for your question for the system to provide information from the

built in FAQs or to submit a ticket by following the ‘Do you need additional assistance with your course

materials’ icon at the bottom
