JUDGES COMMENTS:

Males: Not many males forward, but but what were there were of good standard. All males were shown in

lovely condition. Linnavon Dill a sound male. Females: Some nice goats at the show, Hoemeacres Hannamay shone out from the 1st inspection in the

morning. A big sound BS milker with bone, scope, good udder and well placed teats. Guilden Enya and

Males: Best Male Earls Gilliad a male of good AN breed type, developing well. I look forward to seeing

him as an adult. Reserve Westways Hawthorn also of good breed type and both in good condition. Shame

there was not more entries, as although all were worthy 1st's it would have been nice to have had something to judge more against.

worthy reserve - excellent am yield (3.7kgs) for a 1st kidder. Two Boer goatlings of high breed standard in

with a shapely udder. Reserve Best Maxson Shelac, a mature 1st kidder with plenty of milk carried in a well

attached udder. Just lacking the condition and coat of the former. I just loved the Best Goatling Philday Venetia, stunningly pretty with an air of fairytale enchantment. Best Kid Wadehouse Ruby an extremely

A great pleasure to judge the Royal Norfolk again. Very well stewarded - and the bowler hats stayed on

despite the punishing heat. The Mineshop team looking and milking well, took top honours with Timyon

Minisavi, who gave 4.5 in the morning, taking reserve. Special mention must be made of Vicarshill Heatherbell, looking and milking very well indeed. Some attractive youngstock. Many thanks to everyone
