BOOKING YOUR VIRTUAL INTERVIEW WITH STAFF Step 1: http://www.gvic.nsw.edu.au Step 2: Click the ‘LOGIN CENTRE’ tab on the top of the screen.

Step 3: You should now be directed to the login centre page. Go to ‘Parents’ and scroll down, click ‘Parent Teacher Interview’.

Step 4: Click ‘Go to the booking page’ OR Scan the QR Code to login with your child’s credentials.

Step 5: Login using your child’s school email address. Email: firstname.surname@gvic.nsw.edu.au Password: (please check with your child)

Step 6: Once you have signed in, you will be taken to the booking page. Step 7: To select Year 7 & 9 (Wednesday 9th September), please click the service on the left. To select Year 8 & 10 (Monday 14th September), please click the service on the right.

Step 8: Select the staff member you wish to meet with. Step 9: Select a time you propose to meet with that staff member. Step 10: Add your details. Name: Parents Full Name Email: Please use your child’s school email. Provide additional information: Your child’s name Step 11: Click the ‘BOOK’ button, your child will receive a confirmation email to his or her school address.
