B O O K I N G / P A Y M E N TBookings may be made up to 6 weeks in advance, howevermust be confirmed two days prior to the requested date(for catering purposes). Payment must be made in full atthe time of booking. The booking is confirmed when payment is verified via email. All prices are inclusive of GST.

R E S E R V E D A R E AThe venue has the right to designate a reserved area of thechosen bar. The venue will not be held responsible for theloss of or damage to, property left on the premises – priorto, during or after an event. The space will be allocatedfor a maximum of 3 hours from the arrival time, subject toavailability. Please note the space allocated is not a privatespace and may have guests in adjoining sections.

C A T E R I N GOutside catering is not permitted due to health and liquorlicensing regulations. Customers shall ensure that theirguest do not bring any food or beverage of any kind into thehotel. Food service will begin approximately half an hourafter the booking commences. Please note that specifiedtiming for food cannot be guaranteed and we are unable tocater to changes in food selection on the day of the event.

B A R T A BIf the catering falls below the minimum spend amount, theremaining minimum spend will be allocated to an open bartab. You may also wish to advise us of any increase in thebar tab limit.
