Redeemer Church is a Reformed Baptist congregation. We adhere to the Baptist
Confession of Faith of 1689, a doctrinal statement strongly grounded in the Word
of God. We gather to worship the crucified and risen Lord Jesus Christ and desire
in all we do to be to the praise of the glory of His grace.

A Prayer for The Lord’s Day
O LORD OUR GOD, we again would humbly thank Thee that Thou
hast ever given us an opportunity to look into these things. ‘O the depth
of the riches both of the wisdom and the knowledge of God.’ O Lord,
open our eyes, we pray Thee, more and more to this that we may glory
in it as we ought and ever live to praise Thy name, and to tell others of
the wonders of Thy grace. Amen.

Set us free, O God, from the bondage of our sins, and give us the liberty of
that abundant life which you have made known to us in your Son our Savior

KEVIN & ANGELA GEBHARD | TAIWAN
During the month of December we had many activities and opportunities to share the true meaning of Christmas with the university students at E-talk. Please pray for a few of the students who had questions. We had the blessing of continuing our tradition of caroling to our neighbors and sharing a plate of cookies with them. They were so happy to share in the experience of our tradition and understand why we sing. On Christmas Day we hosted some SEND missionary families from another city and celebrated with traditional food and homemade eggnog! It was a joyous day of fellowship with old and new friends. Prayer - Kevin recently started meeting weekly with a young man named “David” who is from the Hakka people. He and his family are Taoists, but he is interested in learning about Jesus and practicing English. Please pray that his eyes and heart would be opened.

Prayer Gathering We meet every Wednesday Evening at 6:30 pm for prayer in our Fellowship Hall. Please note the time change: 6:30 pm.
Constitution Revisions The Elders have made recommended revisions to our church constitution. A copy of the proposed revisions is available on the bookshelf at the rear of the auditorium. The members of Redeemer Church will meet on Sunday, February 28 at 5:00 pm to approve the revisions.
Sermon Audio All the sermons are posted to the church website and the church app the day they are preached and are available for free streaming and/or download. Adult Bible Study Sundays | 9:00 am What do we believe? Join us for a continuing study of the Baptist Confession of Faith of 1689 each Sunday morning at 9:00 am.
The Men’s Bible Study Saturdays | 9:00 am What is the gospel? This is the theme of the entire Book of Romans. The gospel isn’t just for lost unbelievers. We need to the gospel to sustain our lives as we navigate our fallen culture. So join us every Saturday morning in our Fellowship Hall as we find principles for gospel living in the Book of Romans.
PRAY ONE FOR ANOTHER • Dan Willson’s cousin Mark died from
COVID in December. Several of his family members contracted COVID at the funeral. Dan’s cousin Nathan (Mark’s brother) is hospitalized on a ventilator.
• Ed Anderson’s 82-year-old mother has been diagnosed with a high grade or aggressive Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma. UPDATE: Her final treatments have not removed the cancer. Continue to pray as other options are considered.
• Arnie Luallen underwent rotator cuff surgery and is now in physical therapy.
• Susan Dixon’s daughter and son-in-law, Mary and Steve Wiland, are serving as short-term missionaries in Burundi, East Africa.
• We rejoice with Amy Skotze that she has found a new job after nearly a year of unemployment.
• David Stanton as he serves with the United States Navy for the next year. Pray for his wife Jodie and their children.
• Coralyn Daniels’ is still having trouble with her edema as she continues her pulmonary therapy. Pray that God will strengthen her as she endures this trial.
• Linda Bellehumeur will be going through chemo infusions from Jan through the end of Apr. Then at the end of May will have five weeks of radiation five times a week.
• Pray for Sandy Tiefenback’s mother, Dorothy Griffith, who has been diagnosed with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma.
• Continue to pray for Heather Sykes, Cindy Engel’s daughter, as she has been separated from Cindy due to COVID restrictions.
