Book of Money

Materials:

Chipboard or mat board

1 piece of patterned Scrapbook paper

Adhesive

20 of ribbon

Scissors or paper cutter

Directions:1. Cut the chipboard (I used a scrap piece of mat

board) 3 x 8.

2. Cut 2 pieces of scrapbook paper 3 x 8 (you

can use the same paper or contrasting papers)

3. Score the board on either side of the center (I

scored mine at 3 and 4 ).

4. Bend slightly to create spine.

5. Adhere one piece to the inside of the book.

6. Cut the piece of ribbon in half and adhere each

piece to the ends of the book, on the outside.

7. Apply adhesive the entire outside of the book,

being sure to cover the spine of the book and

where the ribbon is attached.

8. Adhere the other piece of paper to the

outside.

9. Embellish the front.

10. Slip a rubber band over one end onto the spine.

11. Slide bills under rubber bands.

12. Fold and tie ribbons to close.
