Important safety instructions

In order to prevent hearing damage: Set the volume to a low level before

inserting the ear canal phones into yourears.

Listening at high volume levels for longperiods can lead to permanent hearingdefects. Please protect your hearing!

In order to prevent injury to your auditorycanals and ear drums: Mount the suitable earpads (S, M or L) to

the ear canal phones. Never insert theear canal phones without earpads!

Always insert and extract the ear canalphones very carefully and slowly! Do notinsert the ear canal phones too deep intoyour ears!

Always keep the ear canal phones dry.

In order to prevent accidents: Do not wear the ear canal phones in an

environment that requires your specialattention (e.g. in traffic or whenperforming skilled jobs).

Note on the sound qualityThe perceived sound quality and bassperformance of the ear canal phonesdepends to a large extent on the correctfit of the ear canal phones in the ear. Forbest sound enjoyment, please use thesupplied earpads.

Adjusting the bass response

To increase (+) or reduce (−) the bassresponse, turn the control using thesupplied adjustment tool.

Optionally, you can use a 0.8 m cable(available as standard Sennheiseraccessory).

Storage and transportation

Cleaning

Carefully remove buildup from the meshusing the cleaning tool.

Use only a slightly damp cloth to cleanthe ear canal phones. Do not use anysolvents or cleansing agents.
