credited and in honor to the strategic war principles of Sun

Tzu, a high-ranking military strategist and tactician in

China.

Though the Chinese text contains successful principles applied in warfare, the same principles are surprisingly applicable in the day-to-day

challenges of business operations and project

management.

The basic acumen of The Art of War is that in order to come out victorious in your own personal

battles, one must completely know himself and his enemies,

or in a much simpler explanation one must how well he fits to the situation he is in.

Winning the battle in every war is one thing, but winning

a war (an argument, a challenging situation)

without a battle (compromise, estrangement, painful exchange of words) is

the best thing.
