What is the current structure in place on your campus?
What do you envision for its ideal structure?

Themes from Congress Workshop• Not just more civic engagement, but deep, committed service
from individuals outside of the Bonner program • All the campus organizations engaging in service revolve around
a common goal. Trying to find a larger purpose to get everyone to collaborate and work together.
• Creating a culture and a mindset that service is not something that you have the choice to opt out of. It's just something that you do.
• Sustainable service that does not need incentives. • 100% participation in service, but achieving this through varied
ways of civic engagement. Different commitment levels that serve different interests.
