COMENIUS MEETING

Barcelona – the pearl of Catalonia – was the place of Comenius meeting where our Polish group of students and teachers found the real treasure – the Catalan people.

Our 4 students found friendship, care and kindness in Catalan host families and we all, day by day could experience great hospitality of teachers, students and their parents of Lavinia school in Courts district of Barcelona.

We admired school life and organisation, modern methods of teaching and great atmosphere, national Catalan festival Sant Jordi Day- at school and in the streets of Barcelona, ancient and medieval architecture, genius of Gaudi`s buildings, old traditions of music and dances, football traditions, modern Barcelona, Les Rambles, the harbour, Barceloneta, delicious food and many more... Our international group of Hungarians, Italians, Catalans and Poles could experience real harmony of cultures....
