Jon Wiegand specializes in the full continuum of healthcare real estate services, including Investment Sales, Tenant Representation, and Landlord/Owner leasing and representation. Jon is a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Healthcare Practice Group providing property solutions to San Antonio’s healthcare community. Jon joined San Antonio Commercial Advisors in 2015. Prior to joining the firm, Jon worked with the UT Health Science Center-San Antonio (UTHSCSA) School of Medicine tasked with strategically growing the Liver & Pancreas Cancer Program. Jon successfully identified & established outreach clinics to partner with existing private practice medical groups. Additionally, Jon facilitated creating new partnerships & expanding UTHSCSA hospital arrangements with both private & county health systems in and around San Antonio. Jon graduated from the University of Texas-Austin with a bachelor’s degree in Economics. He was a 4-year letterman and team captain of the UT Men’s tennis team. Jon continues to be involved with Longhorn Athletics, and serves as a TV commentator for the Longhorn Network’s tennis coverage. Jon continues to play tennis, attends Oak Hills Church, and strives to promote education, health, and the sport of tennis for youth in the South Texas community.
