BOE is the only company that masters full technical capacity of

Semiconductor Display Industry in Mainland China.

China’s First and Only National Engineering Laboratory for TFT-

LCD Process Technology settled in BOE Technology Center.

In 2015，39% of BOE‘s new products are first-global-launch and the

company filed 6156 new patent applications. BOE’s accumulated

usable patents total over 40,000.

BOE is a pioneer in the innovation and development of TFT-LCD

technologies, and dedicates itself to speeding up the progress of

new display devices like flexible display, augmented reality, and

virtual reality, etc. BOE aims to create light, slim, energy-saving

and environment-friendly products with high color fidelity, high

definition image and wide viewing angle. It is constantly improving

and enriching the visual experience on mobile phone, tablet,

notebook, monitor and TV, etc. BOE’s leading display solutions

help you enjoy a digital and smart life to its fullest.

Smart System Business

BOE focuses on providing user-centered smart manufacturing system for display

sets, and solutions of internet of things. Based on the technology strengths in

display, artificial intelligence and sensor, BOE develops solutions in display

system application, system of internet of vehicles, photovoltaic energy and mobile

healthcare, etc. In the future, BOE will build five platforms for internet of things

and system solutions, i.e. smart manufacturing industrial internet of things, smart

display, smart wearables, vehicle display and internet of vehicles, and lighting

technology and photovoltaic energy internet of things.

Healthcare Service Business

BOE is committed to developing information healthcare and providing

premium smart healthcare products and services by leveraging its

accumulated technology strengths in semiconductor, display, sensor,

artificial intelligence and big data, and integrating display technology,

information technology, medical science and life scienece. At present,

As practitioners of environmental protection, BOE puts environmental protection

into product life cycle, encourages partners to continuously improve the level of

environmental protection and sustainable development.

BOE divides its product life cycle into six

stages : technology development, product

planning and design, materials procurement

and supply, production, warehousing and

logistics and recycling. It assesses the

burden on the environment of each stage

rigorously , and develops appropriate

measures to maximize the reduction of the

environmental impact.

Product Life Cycle

BOE carries forward the Electronic Industry Code of Conduct (EICC)

Products completely meet: RoHS、REACH Standards, etc.

E.g. : Through the recycling of water, recycled

water usage of Beijing G8.5 production line

remained at 90% in 2013, ranking the forefront

of global peers.
