Aim: Vocabulary, team work
Procedure: 1. The class is divided into groups of approximately equal
size, seven or eight being a good number.2. Each group has to find a word with the same number of
letters as there are people in the group.

3. Each person has to form one of the letters with his or her body, and then the group as a whole presents a visual representation of the entire word. The other groups should then try to interpret.
Note: However, the group as a whole should discuss how they will each form a letter, and the students can make suggestions and help each other. Extension: A more demanding variation of this activity is that the groups present the letters one a t a time, but jumbled
