Body Language is the unspoken communication that goes on in every Face-to-Face encounter with another human being. It tells you others’ true feelings towards you and how well your words are being received.

Research tells us at least 85% of all
meaningful communication is nonverbal, unspoken. You do read one’s body language louder than the words that come out of one’s mouth.
