This Form should be filled in by BOBS EXTRA bonus winners who wish a bonus to be converted from cash to aBOBS "Double Up " Voucher and used to purchase any BOBS eligible racehorse/s being sold at public auctions inAustralia or New Zealand by participating Sales Companies. Voucher can also be used to pay for BOBS stallion serv-ice fees of participating stallions. This form must be sent in no later than twenty (20) business days after the bonus hasbeen won and used within 24 months of the date of the race won. One form is required from each individual ownerwho wishes to “Double Up”. BOBS Extra Double Up is available on horses foaled in 2011 onwards.
