What Should a Consultant Do for You?1. Discovery - Identify the root causes. • Clients rarely understand this or they would not need a

consultant in the first place. They see symptoms of these root causes, but usually not the cause itself.

2.Design a Solution – This is a plan for how to correct the root causes quickly and cost effectively. This art comes only from decades of experience in business.

Most consultants stop at #2 but we can go further to guarantee success

4.Implement that solution with the required: Training, Coaching and systems needed to succeed. An Organizational Change Management (OCM) process is generally needed if the company is over 20 employees.
