Applying your desired Interlux antifouling hasnever been easier. Compatibility is an issue mostboaters worry about, but there are three easychoices to solve this problem.
1. Check for compatibility with oldantifouling.
2. Use Primocon® as a tie coat primer over the old paint. If the old antifouling is unknownyou can apply Primocon primer directly. Thensimply overcoat with the Interlux Antifouling ofchoice (do not use this system with VC17m,VC Offshore or Baltoplate)
3. Remove the old antifouling. If the oldantifouling is in poor condition you may preferto remove the old paint and start with a freshsurface. Use a chemical stripper like InterluxInterstrip 299E. Interstrip can remove severalcoats of most antifouling paints in oneapplication. After stripping you are ready to prime and paint.
