Our Solution
BMS is an autonomous system which provides a platform for detailed data logging, real time monitoring and controlling in variety of application areas. The advance trigger based SMS/Email alerts and remote data view makes it an obvious choice for process/quality accreditation, preventive/corrective actions, quality management and control. The sensor module provides accurate data of up to 1 seconds of granularity and its high capacity internal memory makes sure that not even a single instance of data recording is missed. The data from the sensor module is transferred via WIFI and can be logged on BMS server for live view, alarm reporting and history data reporting.
System complies with Standard Industrial grade IP67 Material Class after
completed housing.
Shall Implement NEC and NEFPA standards for Installation.
FCC certified Equipment.
Sensors are Factory calibrated.
Controllers communicates on standard protocol Modbus.
Basic BMS Communication shall be via WIFI Link.

Features
Monitoring and management of energy usage enables efficient service and
power utilization, resulting in better asset management and site performance.
Intelligent adjustment of the HVAC system to manage temperature.
Effectively manage and control temperature and humidity to create a
comfortable building environment. Optimize HVAC systems by sequencing,
managing and monitoring cooling equipment or schedule usage to meet
demand
Q3L-RTU unit gathers sensor information from AHU and standalone thermostat
and prepares data for network control module.
Separate unit to monitor temperature, humidity levels on each AHU.
Unit can gather data from a number of analog and digital sensors required to
maintain AHU’s & chiller’s integrity.
Q3L-RTU unit at chiller gathers information from chiller units and prepares data
for network control module.
Single Q3L-RTU unit is capable of supporting more than 30 I/O(s) at a time
(analog and digital combined).
Network control module gets data from all configured Q3L-RTU(s) and sends
data to HMI (and PC software if configured).
Q3L-BMS also provides after sales support services, such as service and
maintenance plans

BMS Compatibility with 3rd party devices
Energy Metering
For utility Metering System we use SCHNEIDER
ELECTRIC PM750 series.
PM750 interfaces with RTU via Modbus and sends
data to our server
Data is then used for history reporting, alarm
logging and bill management
Savings on Power Consumption
To control chilled water flow we use HONEYWELL’s ML7984 series,
direct coupled valve actuator.
ML7984 is controlled via RTU as per user set points in BMS UI
By controlling chilled water flow in a chilled water system, power
consumption of HVAC system can be dropped by 10-15%; which can
provide ROI within 18-24 months against deployment of system.

BMS Web Application
The BMS Web Application provides a comprehensive visual of
the equipment being monitored by the sensor module.
Depending upon the rights given to the user at access terminal,
the user can monitor, set alerts and generate reports of the
data being recorded.
Dashboard:
It provides pictorial view of a single or multiple sensors and
the status of the process being monitored. It displays live
data streamed from the sensors. Users can view current data,
alarms and live status of equipment and sensors.

Wireless Energy Metering System (WEMS):
In Today’s world, Energy Metering is an essential for all facility providers that cover
provision of ultimate to their consumer.
The wireless Energy Metering Solution (WEMS) by Q3logics is a comprehensive
solution designed for facility providers to meter the consumption of utilities by their
consumer.
BMS Product Briefing Document
This solution has been designed in order to provide the client with centralized Energy
Metering of a project that comprises of numerous Power consumption units.
Projects may vary from small housing complexes and schemes to larger projects such
as small towns.
The system is designed on a simple structure whereby our Controller Module
receives data from the Energy Meter and transmits it to the Data Collection Center.
Accordingly the data analytics are carried out to generate reports, billing and or live
monitoring of consumed electricity.
How it Works:
BMS Product Briefing Document
Features:
I. System is designed on WiFi/GSM Technology.
II. For most parts of the system, the solution is maintenance free,
hassle free and designed for simple and quick installations and
configuration.
III. The Control Room can shut down the power supply of any
consumer who has not paid the bill on time.
IV. The Admin can generate reports on Quality of Electricity being
provided by the main Power Supplier.
V. The Admin can generate digitally signed bills for delivering to
the customer if applicable.
VI. The User can monitor his power consumption on his Smart
Phone simply by logging in to the smart-phone app.
VII. Business Intelligence Module of the software can provide
analytical data and information on enhancing and minimizing
energy being consumed.
Report Generation:
Our Software provide you with reports in the form of selective and collective
information regarding utility consumption by customers.
In addition to the report you can also generate E-bills for you respective Customers
by simply entering the tariffs against the utility being provided.
