Short Unsold Entry SystemTransaction Code: ZBMPLMSD_UNSOLD00

Selection Header consists of:Entry Date – Date on which data is entered (by default system date)Business Area – Relevant Business Area to which the unsold material belongstoRequest No. – Batch No. as mentioned on the statements

Operation – Logical Return or Physical Return is keyed in.

(Logical Return – Only the Mast Head cuttings are returned to company. Forsuch cases, waste paper value is imposed on customer on the returned copieswhile billing. Physical Return – The entire material is returned to the companyand the whole quantity is adjusted in Customer’s Invoice. No waste paper valueis imposed).

Item Data consists of:Customer – Agent Code mentioned in the statementRef Date – date on which statement was receivedName – Name of Agent (taken from agency master data -Display Only)Issue Date – Issue date of the materialBus Area – Business Area of the said issue (taken from order data -DisplayOnly)Material – Material Code (taken from order data -Display only)Claimed – Target Unsold CopiesReturns – Actually received unsold copiesRC – Reason Code for Short / Unsold On pressing enter, traffic light would turngreen if all values tally with system

Notes :- The Claimed Copy should be less than or equal to the Indent allowed for theCustomer for that particular Issue Date. Allowed copies may be less than or Equal to Claimed Copies. It should be kept in mind that while creating Short Unsold Documents, theShipping Point, Shipping Condition, Customer Group, Plant for a particular agentshould be same as those during the time of Sales Order Creation. If the datadoesn’t match, documents won’t be allowed in the system.

Insert Sales document type: ZBLR, ZBPR compulsory.

The Media Issue/ Batch Number, Entry Date/ etc can be entered in the selectionparameter to get the desired output
