SELLING EXPERIENCES

1. Did you achieve your companys objective?

For me, our objective was to reach our quota and let our product be introduced to the people of XUHS and to other generations. They can sell it and make some innovation. And its a yes that weve achieved our companys objective.

2. What BM lesson/concepts were most applicable during BM selling?

The most applicable lesson during the BM selling was directing. For me, it was the guide to have motivation, discipline and communication. It was a guide for us in order to be successful. Through this lesson, we are able to achieve our objective which is to reach our quota and let many people know our product.

3. What could have been done on your over-all company selling activity to make it better? Cite areas that you think your company should have focused on.

It would be better if we exerted much effort on our product and make some innovation so that people will not get sick (magsawa) of trying our product. And also we put our hearts on making and selling our products so that also the buyers will love our product. It would be better if we have made all of this things. I would like to recommend other students, people who would use our product in their generations, I recommend to put their hearts on the product and make the best out of it. It may be simple but it can give you a lot of money.

4. Did you have learned teamwork as a group? What were some of the gaps you experienced that hinder your group from working as a team?

Yes, we have developed team work in order to achieve our objectives. We are able to reach our quota which is 2,500 pesos. As a member of the group we developed teamwork because it was the key to let other people know our product and also to achieve our goals. But sometimes there is a thing or actions that hinders us from working as a group. Sometimes we dont want to sell because we are so tired because of the intramural games. And sometimes, we dont communicate due to intramural games. But still we did a teamwork. We still have time to sell even though it was so tiring.

5. What are your most meaning and positive experiences about the BM selling? When did you feel most proud, most engaged and most committed member of your company? The most meaningful and positive experiences about the BM selling is that it was my first time to sell in the school and I dont even know how to mingle with other students, but I was wrong, I have many friends, I met different people during our selling. I met different people, who has different tastes and comments about our product. It was a one-of-a-kind experience Ive ever experienced because it was fun even though it is so tiring because of the intramural games but still we find time to sell our product. I am so proud of our group because we have reached the quota and we are so committed even though we have encountering different problems but we find ways in order to solve it.
