Sector specific service
As members of the British Institute of Facilities Management, we recognise that
service is right for each particular customer.
We are currently implementing bespoke compactor technology for many of our
customers. We have developed a unique telemetry system that measures the weight
and quantity of waste each tenant produces. This enables Building Managers to
create bespoke invoices and environmental reports for individual tenants.

Our recycling partners have expertise in separating reusable, valuable thermoplastic material from contaminate. This service
includes multi-layer separation, electro-static separation, paint removal and optical sorting.
Our retail customers have varied requirements, often possessing multi-tenanted complexes, for which we have introduced our
latest technology - telemetry system. This individually barcodes each tenant bin and each time a bin is returned to the on-site
compactor it is weighed and content weight is calculated. Computer technology then allows individual bills for tenants relative
to the weight of their waste, which in turn encourages those producing heavy bins to review and recycle more.
