Political- Political factors play vital role for the business prevailing in the country.Our relationship with China government is quite good and strong, which allow us to maintain a reliable supply line. As for the Bordering countries of Israel, it’s possible to come inconfrontation with them, which may affect on our business.Concerning the tax policy for our products, the taxes are quite normal,

and there is no anticipation for any change.Economical- The current Dollar rate against the Shekel, reflects that recently the

Shekel is quite strong, which make our import much cheaper. As for the interest rate, it’s quite low now days, which will make ourfunding from banks much cheaper.

Social- Since the product is completely technology based product, it would notbe affect by anyone’s social or religious feelings.Furthermore, the current situation is relatively normal in terms of immigration, fashion, etc.

Technological- There is a constant rate of development in technology related to thelaser engine tracking system and the Bluetooth communicationprotocol, which will able us to supply more innovative and uniqueproducts.

Ecological- Recently, it is customary to recycle when possible any product that

isn’t naturally biodegradable and we’ll use recyclable materials aspossible.

Law- There is a new law that requires full refund return against the returnof a product until two weeks after purchase. Other law is the

packaging law, which imposes direct responsibility for allmanufacturers and importers in Israel to collect and recycle the wastepackaging that they market with their products. Our company willmust obey to this laws.
