Who Should Attend:This is a two day intermediate course taught over 2 consecutive days.The instruction will encompass the entire set of construction documents from General Conditions to Electrical and Mechanical with emphasis on interpreting design intent. A basic knowledge of architectural and drafting symbols as well as basic construction terminology is essential. It is designed for the serious construction professional interested in increasing technical proficiency in reading and interpreting bid and construction documents. Students are required to bring an Engineering and Architect scale, calculator, notepad and pencil to class.

Kulapat Yantrasast of Los Angeles is architect.Jackson, MS Capitol Arts Loft Apartments by HRI Properties has secured funding to renovate 8 historical buildings. A. Thearchitect/engineerwillrecordissueofset(s)ofprojectplansandspecifications,withoutrequirement ofplandeposit,toABCMembersbyname.

B. Thisprocedureshallapplytothebiddingphaseofaprojectonlyandhasnoapplicationtoissuanceof planstothesuccessfulbidder. C. ItshallbetheresponsibilityoftheABCmembertoidentifyhimselftothearchitect/engineeratthetime plansareissuedtobeentitledtotermsofthisagreement.

D. The architect/engineer will call upon the ABC to honor plan deposit guarantee should one of its contractormembers:
