BLUE HORSESHOE DEVELOPMENT, LLC ANNOUNCES LAUNCH OFPLANET OASIS, A MULTI-BILLION DOLLAR ENTERTAINMENT,

ACTION SPORTS, HEALTH WELLNESS DEVELOPMENT

Sunbury, Ohio - PLANET OASIS will be the largest combined entertainment, attractions, action sports, food and beverage, and health wellness venue in the entire country.

It will be located at the intersection of I-71 and State Route 36/37 in Delaware County and Berkshire Township. This Unique Experiential Development will be located on 350+ acres in the heart of the fastest growing county in the state of Ohio—Delaware.

Planet Oasis will be home, initially, to a grouping of at least 15-20 attractions. These will include the largest center of its kind featuring the latest technologies in bowling, VIP bowling, laser tag, specialty movie theatre, video games, a sports restaurant and bar, fine dining. Other attractions will include a state-of-the-art electric go-kart venue (90,000 sf) featuring Indy-designed courses, video games, virtual reality, a unique indoor skydiving experience (10,000 sf), an indoor/outdoor adventure experience (80,000 sf), a shooting gallery experience with experiential dining, and many other attractions, which will be announced in the future.

Planet Oasis will also feature many experiential dining experiences located around Lake Mirage, which will be known as The Mirage Entertainment District. Lake Mirage will be a

one-of-a-kind 15-20 acre saltwater lake with sand beaches and a boardwalk allowing visitors easy access to the different venues. There will be two hotels located on the beach affording visitors an ocean-like swimming experience in the middle of the country.

Planet Oasis will also be home to the Action Sports District, in partnership with The Action Sports Agency.

The District will also feature a large indoor waterpark and an indoor traditional sports facility for soccer, lacrosse, basketball, rugby, football, field hockey, and other sports experiences, which will be open 24/7, 365 days per year.

Hospitality will be a hallmark at Planet Oasis offering food and beverage options. The project will feature at least 15-20 hotels offering 4,000-5,000 rooms, providing everything from family affordable options to luxury suite experiences. Planet Oasis will be home to over 75 restaurants offering culinary experiences of all types and at all price levels spread throughout the entire project.

Planet Oasis will feature a state-of-the-art health wellness resort which will feature a 100-120 key hotel on its own lake, known as Bloom.
