Berhad (GSB) is the official network provider for Government and we have a comprehensive range of infrastructure, hardware and software aimed to help enhance, improve and integrate. GSB has now developed its network infrastructure nationwide, and our services are currently being used by various government agencies including KEMENTERIAN PERUMAHAN DAN KERAJAAN TEMPATAN MALAYSIA as a part of the integration.

Terms and Conditions for Assignment of Software License and Support ServicesThe Product(s) and/or Licensed Software set forth herein, was/were licensed by the Assignor pursuant to certain terms and conditions. The Assignor desires to assign its rights and obligations regarding the Product(s) and/or Licensed Software listed in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Assignee, and the Assignee desire to assume all of the Assignors obligations under the relevant terms and conditions for said Product(s) and/or Licensed Software as of the Effective Date of the Assignment. Assignee is willing to consent to such assignment subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the applicable Software License and Support Agreement(s) in effect as of the Assignment Effective Date.As of the Effective Date of Assignment, the Assignee hereby assumes all rights, obligations and liabilities of the Assignor under the applicable agreement with respect to the Licensed Software. Additionally, Licensor releases Assignor of its obligations and liabilities under the applicable Software License and Support Agreement(s) upon the Effective Date of the Assignment. This assignment does not increase the number of licensed copies or change, modify, provide any additional rights to use or transfer any of the Products and/or Licensed Software. This Assignment grants the Assignee the license to use the Products and/or Licensed Software in the quantity assigned under the original purchase by the Assignor, and all use of the Products and/or Licensed Software by the Assignee shall in in accordance with the current version of the Software of Licensor. It is further understood and agreed that Assignor shall continue to be responsible for those obligations and liabilities to Licensor which are attributable to matters occurring or existing on or before the Effective Date of Assignment.Blue Coat Systems, Inc. (Licensor) located at 420 N. Mary Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94085 hereby consents to the assignment of Licensors Software and/or Products as set forth in the attached Exhibit A as previously Licensed/Purchased by Assignor.
