The VA Blue Button – Select to view, print, download,or save your information from My HealtheVetThe Blue Button is a new tool on My HealtheVet (www.myhealth.va.gov). It allows easy access to your

personal health information. You can view, print, download, or save your personal health information

already in My HealtheVet, and share this information with your health care team, caregivers, or others.

Downloading or printing your information is quick.

ll If you are a registered user of My HealtheVet you

can log on and click on the Blue Button.

ll Then you can view, print, download, or save your

personal health information.

ll If you have an upgraded My HealtheVet account,

called In-Person Authentication (IPA), your

VA prescription history and VA Wellness

Reminders may also be available.

Using the Blue Button is easy. All you need is a

computer with Internet access.

ll The Blue Button allows you to save your information to a safe location on your computer, a

compact disc (CD), or thumb drive.

ll If you want a paper copy of your information, you need access to a printer.

ll For your protection, never save your information to a public computer or leave a printed copy

unattended.
