Who are we?

Bloom Psychology is an innovative consultancy which uses psychology to help people and organisations make the best possible decisions that they can.

We specialise in career decision making, and we take people through a structured process by which they can move from career indecision to action.

If you want to know more about us try our website.

How to use this form

This form is part of a process where we help people work out their own strengths and preferences. It is designed to be sent by the user to friends, family and colleagues. Getting feedback in this way is a hugely valuable part of the process as often we miss, forget or are unaware of the effect we have on other people.

1. The way to use this form is to download it and then e-mail it to whomever you’d like feedback from.

2. You’ll need to do a ‘find’ for ‘XXXX’ and ‘replace’ it with your (first) name for the form to make sense and for it to be personalised.

3. As you receive replies, you should be able to merge the documents you receive. Or, you can just read individual responses.

4. It’s important to know that we support this process if you actually work with us. In other words, we manage the process for you, and merge the replies before presenting you with a report. But, we wanted to have a freebie available, so here it is!

Good luck!

Any questions, please e-mail Rob Archer: [email protected]
