With Love Comes Death

Sequence A

FADE IN: A house surrounded by other suburban houses. We focus

on one that has a red front door.

INT. HALLWAY

A man in his late thirties does his tie aggressively in front

of an old mirror. This man is named Jimmy and the look on his

face suggests he is late for work.

A young woman is seen in the doorway through the mirror, sheis Delilah, the wife of Jimmy. Jimmy sees her and motions

over.

JIMMY

Are you just going to stand there or are you going to fix

this?

Delilah looks dissatisfied and walks over to him. She starts

to fix his tie.

JIMMY (CONTD)

Are you going to leave all the cleaning up to the maid again?

DELILAH

Yes, thats what we pay her for.

JIMMY

No, thats whatIpay her for.

(Silence for a few seconds)

(Angrily) Stop being so lazy and clean it yourself.

She continues with his tie aggressively. Jimmy grabs her by

the wrists and she looks afraid. He leans in to kiss her but

she turns away. He scowls, pushing her out of the way and

walks out.

Delilahs face shows clearly to change to a sly expression.

She walks to the living room, sits down and lights a

cigarette. After a few moments she dials a number in the

phone.

DELILAH

Ive had enough, he just left for work. Hell be back in a few

hours. Do it then.

She hangs up and leans back in her chair and blows a puff of

smoke into the air.

FADE IN:

EXT. STREET NIGHT (A FEW HOURS LATER)

Jimmy walks down the street, stopping to light a cigarette. A

shadow is soon behind him.

Jimmy continues to walk until the sound of footsteps is

noticeable, and he turns around. Before he can cry out there

is a sound of a gunshot, and he lands on his back.

Jimmy lies on the floor; a pool of blood starts to surround

him. The killer shoots him again in the head and walks off

into the dark.

FADE OUT.

FADE IN:

INT. DETECTIVES OFFICE

A man in his mid-thirties sits in a dimly lit room, studies

the paper in front of him. The phone rings, breaking the

silence, and he picks up.

SECRETARY (OFF SCREEN)

Detective Johnson, you have a client waiting for you.

JOHNSON

Okay, bring them in.

He continues studying the papers on his desk. The sound of the

door opening off screen.

JOHNSON

Sit down

The person sits down in the chair in front of him

JOHNSON

(Still looking down)

Whats the story?

The person is now audibly crying.

Johnson finally looks up and is taken aback by her beauty. Herhair is perfectly curled and make up still looks neat, even

with tears in her eyes.

JOHNSON

(Breathless)

Whats the matter?

DELILAH

(Still crying)

My husband he hasnt come back home, its been 3 days. I

dont know where he is.

FADES OUT INTO MAIN TITLE SCREEN: BLOOD LUST

END
