Children should never be educated at home by their parents. Do you agree or disagree?

I must start by defining who is to teach and educate. Teaching is to transmit knowledge, it is what makes the school; education is more comprehensive, it depends on a deeper, constant, exemplary task of transmitting values, that is why I do not agree that children should never be educated at home by their parents simply because that is the task parents.

We have an educational system that tells teach values, but he understands that values have already come home.
