Bob’s Rotary Africa Blog 58 7/26/08 Rotarian Archbishop Nicola Girasoli (pictured below) visited St. Joseph's Hospice prior to the arrival of International President D. K. Lee and his wife Young. The Nuncio who is a member of the Rome C Rotary Club was very pleased to see the work completed and was surprised to see the Fiat Ambulance pictured below. The Rotary Clubs of Chicagoland, Illinois USA Rotary including Rotary Club #1 and District 6450 are purchasing an ambulance for the St. Joseph's Hospice. The nuncio met with the staff and blessed them, the Hospice and the patients. (below the new pharmacy). President J K Lee and wife Young will arrive in Livingstone from Lusaka accompanied by Ravi Devalia and his wife, Varsha he will be met by local public dignataries and Livingstone Rotary Club President Kingsley Lilamono(primary sponsor along with Newport-Irvine CA, USA) and District 9210 Governor Josh Chimhanda and his wife Loma. They will be feted at the Livingstone Rotary Club meeting on the banks of the Zambezi at the Sun Hotels (hospice major private donor). President Lee wil bestow Paul Harris Fellows on 29 Livingstonians The next morning it is off to Victoria Falls & then to the St.

Joseph’s Hospice where the President Lee will be greeted by Livingstone Bishop Raymond Mpezele officially open the facility by cutting the ceremonial ribbon & unveiling the Rotary plaque. After the ceremony they will fly to Johannesburg & to two conferences in Pretoria with African Rotarians on membership enhancement

Papal Nuncio Visits St. Joseph’s Hospice
