DECISION Latvian Connection, LLC protests the terms of request for quotations No. SPE8ED-15-Q-0667, issued by the Defense Logistics Agency. We dismiss the protest because the agency has canceled the underlying solicitation. The cancellation of a solicitation renders a protest academic. Dyna-Air Eng’g Corp., B-278037, Nov. 7, 1997, 97-2 CPD ¶ 132. We do not consider academic protests because to do so would serve no useful public policy purpose. The protest is dismissed. Susan A.
