    The BLMT factory in Thailand is anenvironmentally friendly workplace, a quietand clean atmosphere, providing a healthyenvironment for our skilled workers.

    We manufacture high quality cast ironand aluminium products for premium brandcooking appliances.

    CNC robotics feature in our automatedmanufacturing system, with a team ofprofessional engineers on hand to providedesign input and support.

    The multi-line manufacturing system is capableof processing small to large production batchesof multiple items. Up to 300 different items canbe produced and the system is scalable tomeet demand.

    Advanced grinding machines are used togrind the iron castings, enabling us to achieveconsistent high quality in terms of flatness,dimensional stability, and surface finish.

    All processes are carried out on site, including:

    • Cutting and trimming• Grinding and sanding• Shot blasting• Steam cleaning• Enamel coating• Ceramic coating of aluminium griddles• Drying and packing

  • BLMT is the sole supplier of grates forSAMSUNG ELECTRONIC THAILAND.

    BLMT are also a long term supplier ofgrates to Tong Yang Magic, the biggestmanufacturer of gas ranges and gasrange ovens in South Korea.

    BLMT grates and burners have beensupplied to manufacturers in NorthAmerica since 2006.

    The current annual production capacityof cast iron grates and burners is inexcess of 5 million pieces per year.
