P & C MOTHERS’ DAY STALL The P & C will be running their annual Mothers’ Day Stall on Tuesday 3 rd May. They would appreciate any donations that they can wrap and sell. All donations can be handed to the front office and are greatly appreciated. STAGE THREE CAMP Next Term all official notes, itinerary and details regarding the Stage Three camp will be sent home with your child. Please keep your payments coming to avoid disappointment. Places are almost filled so if you are considering sending your child on camp this year, please make a deposit as soon as possible. SCHOOL PHOTOS Our school photos were taken last Wednesday and are now being processed by the photographers. As soon as they are sent to the school they will be distributed. SRC CRAZY SOCK DAY The SRC are holding a fundraising activity next Wednesday, 6 th April. They are raising money for school resources by holding a ‘CRAZY SOCK’ day. The day will be a MUFTI-DAY. They can replace their white socks with the craziest pair of socks they own. They can wear short or long socks or even one of each or different coloured socks. The SRC ask that a gold coin donation be made for each student’s participation. PARENT PAYMENT ONLINE Thank you to all parents who have chosen to make payments online for their children’s excursions. This facility has been well received by parents and the office staff would like to express their thanks to the parents for the positive feedback. DEBATING The debating competition commences next Thursday with our first debate to be held at Bidwill. Good luck to our 2016 debating team. P & C MEETING

P & C MOTHERS’ DAY STALL The P & C will be running their annual Mothers’ Day Stall on Tuesday 3

rd May. They

would appreciate any donations that they can wrap and sell. All donations can be handed to the front office and are greatly appreciated.

STAGE THREE CAMP

MOTHERS’ DAY STALL

Next term, the P & C will be holding its annual Mothers’ Day stall to give the students an opportunity to purchase a gift

for their mum, grandmother or aunty. More details about prices and the date will be given closer to the event.

3 – 6 ASSEMBLY

Due to the Stage 3 students attending their excursion this Friday 1st April, there will not be a 3 – 6 assembly. The K – 2

assembly will go ahead as usual.

LAST DAY OF TERM 1

Friday 8th April is the last school day of Term 1. Students return to school on Wednesday 27

th April for the

commencement of Term 2.

BOOK PACK PAYMENT REMINDER

If you placed a deposit for your child’s book pack at the beginning of this term, the balance should be paid by the last

day of this term. Thankyou to all the parents who have now paid in full for their child’s book pack. From Term 2, NO

child will be able to attend any excursions until they have paid their book pack in FULL.

CROSS COUNTRY CARNIVAL

On the first Friday of Term 2, 29th April, students in Years 3 – 6 will be participating in the schools cross country

carnival. It will be held within the school grounds, commencing at approximately 9:30 am. Students will be running

various distances depending upon the age they are turning this year. Parents are invited to watch their child participate

and cheer for them. However, parents are not permitted to run alongside their child in the event.

At lunchtime, the P & C will be holding a barbeque and the Year 6 will sell drinks to conclude the event.

HOMEWORK CLUB

Homework club is on every Wednesday in the OLD TOP HALL, first half of lunch. All students from K-6 are welcome to

come along. Please don’t forget to bring your pen/pencil & homework.
