Under Control Panel, click Course Tools

Click Send Email

Click on the appropriate link, i.e. the type of users/recipients, who must receive the emailE.g. Click Single/Select Users

Depending on the selection made, type the subject and the message and select the recipients

Attach files, if requiredClick Submit

Confirmation of sent email is displayed

The email will appear in the recipients’ Inbox of their email editor, e.g. Outlook

To create an email link in the menu bar, click the + buttonClick Create Tool Link

Provide a name for the linkClick on the dropdown list Select EmailSelect the check box to make it availableClick Submit

Click on the newly created link
