    Context

    Established in 1991 Blackberrys is one of the leading formal wear brands in India.

    The model is based on a design conscious, product delivery system with a strong

    back up of global and local sourcing.

    The brand has a high recall value and is perceived a premium clothing brand and

    has been documented in various trade surveys as 'The Best FIT'. Today

    Blackberrys can be accessed in 150 cities across India in about 800 up-market

    retail outlets and 70 company owned showrooms.

    The program aims at individual and team development and is based on the belief

    that individuals can learn, grow, change and expand in their leadership

    capacities along with collaborate and come together to form a strong leadership

    team.

    TubePotential

    Tube potential is a great activity to get everyone energized at the start of theprogram. It involves setting the tone and expectations from the program and helpsparticipants geared to get involved & ready to play! And as an added bonus it alsohelps get those gray cells working!

    Win as muchas you can

    This activity is generally conducted to ensure co-operation between various teams inplay and creating the Win-Win situations. This activity demonstrates the idea ofworking jointly for the organization and the power of coming together. It alsohighlights extremely effectively the interdependence between an individual and anorganization and the impact the actions of one have on another.

    Blind ManWalk

    An activity where the participants are divided in pairs with one person in the pairbeing blindfolded. This is a perfect icebreaker to bring everyone at the same levelat the beginning of the program. This activity highlights the necessarily of havingfaith along with taking responsibility for each other. It is a powerful activity thatreveals how dependence with trust results in others fulfilling their commitments.

    RockClimbing

    Rock climbing is an immensely powerful activity that makes participants not only stretch theirindividual potential but also realize how each individual accesses his or her own potential. Itexamines a persons ability to experiment, to take risks and to put a stretch factor on their goals.Lastly, it helps us understand ourselves better through a closer examination of our feelings duringthe course of the activity.

    Rappelling

    An activity, which is built around making your way down a steep rock face, using ropes Focus is onover coming fear and individual confidence building. The entire activity brings about theimportance of success and efforts required for being successful. It brings out the fact thatachievement has to be backed by effort and that calculated risks are a part of everyday worklife. It is an achievement orientation exercise that focuses on competition and potential of takingresponsibility for group targets.

    BrokenSquares

    Solve a puzzle within constraints as defined by the facilitator. This exercise brings out the powerof observation and empathy that needs to exist between team members. It also brings out verystrongly the concern about team goal and carrying along the weakest link. The importance ofpersonal effectiveness in contributing to team effectiveness is effectively displayed through thisactivity.

    3D-Web

    A complete team activity, it focuses on planning, target setting, and perfection inexecution! This activity demonstrates the idea of working jointly for the organizationand the power of coming together. It also highlights extremely effectively theinterdependence between an individual and the organization and the impact ofactions of one on another.

    Tent Pitching

    An activity focused on leadership styles and the importance of dealing with theunknown. It brings to the forefront the ability to follow and listen when dealing withlimitations. It provides immense matter to individuals to reflect on their personalstyles while dealing with groups.

    Navigation

    A physically challenging activity, this focuses on carrying the team along with you. Itis a great activity where action oriented leadership is highlighted along withsensitivity to the team requirements. This also demonstrates how we need to carryeveryone in the group along irrespective of differences to achieve success.

    Minefield

    The activity involves transporting the entire team across a defined areausing planks and stones / wooden discs. This activity focuses on strategyand planning along with teamwork and lateral thinking. This activityforces participants to think creatively while finding a solution. Theminefield is one activity that highlights extremely effectively theingredients of a successful team.

    Rollercoaster

    In this activity the group needs to design a device that will transport aball around a set pattern of arenas using plastic rods. This activity

    focuses on inter-team/ department collaboration and the need to shareinformation, knowledge, equipment and even resource. This can be acomplex project with large teams all brain storming differing designsand methods of transporting these balls through the arenas.
