Two-Way Business Radios purchased and delivered from an authorized Midland BizTalk dealer during the Promotion Period of November 1, 2019 - February 29, 2020.

• Each End-User customer/company may submit up to 10 qualifying rebates (60 BR200 or MB400 radios) for a total of 20 free radios during the Promotion Period. All radios must be of the same model.

• The value of the 2 free BR200 / MB400 radios on each qualifying purchase of 6 BizTalk BR200 is $179.98 and MB400 is $ 399.98

• Promotion is valid to U.S. residents ONLY and is void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law.

• This rebate has no cash value and all transactions and redemptions are subject to validation.

• To receive the 2 free radios, End-User customer/company must complete and submit the online submission form along with all requested documentation at: http://midlandusa.com/biztalk-rebate. All claims must be entered by Friday March 13, 2020 11:59PM CST.

• All invoices must be unaltered and show all radio sale prices and delivery dates. Serial numbers submitted must be clear and unaltered. No submissions will be accepted for radios delivered before or after the Promotional Period regardless of the invoice date.

• Rebate radios cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. For BizTalk promotion questions please call Midland Customer Service at 816-241-8500 or email biztalkrebate@midlandradio.com. Please allow 4-6 weeks from the date of rebate form submission for delivery.

• This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions or discounts. Promotion is non-transferable and available to End Users only. Midland distributors and retailers are not eligible for this promotion. Any requests and/or rebate submissions that do not comply to the Promotion Terms and Conditions will not be accepted.

• Midland is not responsible for late or incorrect submissions, or delays related to shipping or invoices. Midland reserves the right to validate and/or verify all purchases claimed and serial numbers submitted. Eligible Radios purchased and returned for a refund are not valid for the promotion. Duplicate requests will not be accepted. Mail in submissions will not be accepted.

• Fraudulent promotion submissions could result in disqualification and/or prosecution. The submission of incorrect, false, duplicated or fraudulent information and/or purchase documentation may result in disqualification of current and future Midland promotions and rebates.
