PRICING AND BOOKING

DETAILS • All party prices include up to 20 participants for a 2-hour party (adults are not

charged except if they are swimming.)

• Extra guests for parties (21-30 participants): $15 each

• Zany Zone and Basketball Gym Gaga parties may exceed 30 guests on a

case-by-case basis and must pay the extra participant fees the day of the event.

• Big Splash pool parties may not exceed 30 swimmers including adult swimmers.

To exceed the maximum of 30 swimmers, you may book an additional Big Splash

package at the same time if there is a booking available.

• To receive Facility Member pricing, the guest of honor must have a YMCA facility

membership.

• Party must be booked a minimum of two weeks prior to the date of the party.

• Payment is due in full at the time of signing up for an event (of which $50.00 is

secured as a nonrefundable deposit.)

CELEBRATE AT THE Y! Celebrate your event by hosting a memorable, fun-filled party at the Y! Each party is two hours long including time at the party activity and time in a party room, which includes seating for 20 kids and solid-color plastic table covers. BIG SPLASH POOL PARTY

Looking for a fun and safe place for your child's next birthday party?

Have a Big Splash party in the activity pool! Your Big Splash pool party is

semi-private and includes water features such as a lazy river, basketball

hoops, water slide and more!

Recommended ages: 2 years and up

Cost: FM: $295 / CM: $395

(includes 20 swimmers)

Days/Times Available: Saturdays from

11:50-1:50pm or 2:50-4:50pm

(swimming from 12-12:50pm or 3:00-3:50pm)

• Swimmers who cannot pass a swim test must have an adult in the water within arms’ reach.

• Each adult in the water is considered a party participant and counts toward the maximum 20 swimmers.

• Water slide minimum height requirement is 48”, regardless of swimming ability.

ZANY ZONE PARTY

Children will enjoy racing through mazes, sliding, tumbling and climbing in our

Adventure Zone and outdoor patio (weather permitting). Enjoy use of the

iPlay and all the fun areas of the Adventure Zone!

Recommended ages: 1 year and up

Cost: FM: $265 / CM: $365

Days/Times Available: Saturdays or Sundays from 1:45-3:45pm

DO-IT-YOURSELF PARTY

Do you need a space for your event, whether it be a birthday party, baby

shower or other type of gathering? This package gives you a meeting space

for two hours in either our Met Market Room, Rotary Room, or Linda Toycen

Kitchen, and is set up with 5 tables and 20 chairs including table covers in

your choice of color. You will also have 15 minutes before and after to set up

and clean up your event (2 1/2 hours total room access.)

Room Capacity: Seating for 20, can hold up to 45 people total

BASKETBALL GYM GAGA PARTY

Your child will go gaga over our inflatable

Gaga Pit and gym games! If your child is into

fast-paced action then Gaga Ball is your

game. Gaga Ball will have kids dodging,

weaving, jumping, and having an all-around

great time! As soon as the kids get out, they

can't wait to hop back in for the next round.

These parties are held in the basketball gym

and include access to basketballs, soccer

balls and nets, scooters, giant Frisbees and

more! A Y staff member will be available to

help lead Gaga games.

Recommended ages: 6 years and up

Days/Times Available: Saturdays or Sundays afternoons, times vary

(Gaga and gym games first for an hour, then party room upstairs for the second hour)
