WHY BE PART OF OUR PROGRAMME?• Education programme including BTEC courses and up to 30 A Levels• Facilities include: grass pitches, 3G pitch, gym, sports hall, spin studio and classroom for
analysis• Dedicated medical and rehabilitation centre, sports science lab, ice baths, steam room
and sauna• UEFA licensed coaching staff and highly qualified support staff including physical
performance, full-time physiotherapist, sports psychologist, video analysis and nutritional support
• Full-time professional training programme including pitch based sessions, strength and conditioning sessions and video analysis
• Regular exposure to First Team training• Individual development plan – one-to-one sessions specific to individual needs• The opportunity to play in the prestigious Association of Colleges Category 1 National Football
League and the Women’s Super League Academy League and cup competitions• BCFC training and matchwear• Trials for England colleges• Host family accommodation available for players across the country• Pastoral and welfare support• The opportunity to be a part of the Talented Athlete Scholarship Scheme (TASS) where players
