The Organisation
BIPS is led from the front by our founder, MD & CEO–
Raju Monga. His initial vision has carried the
organisation a long way since its inception, through
each milestone. Today, our success is a result of his
dynamic leadership. With an experience of 22 years, he
has a good understanding of a wide range of
industries. His involvement has led to many accolades
including many Business Excellence Awards. He is a
Lead Quality Auditor of ISO 9001 certification from the
Lloyds Register of Quality Assurance (LRQA) & KPMG.
Bhavana Raju, our co-founder and managing partner,
has over ten years of experience in the Hospitality and
Services sector. She has previously worked with leading
international premier hospitality brands including
Jumeirah International-Dubai. She also worked with
law firms in both India and the Gulf. Her experience in
HR recruitment and management for international
clients is extensive.
T. S. Jaisekhar Nair, our General Manager, has 25 years
of experience in international recruitment and business
development. He brings a new wealth of knowledge
and wisdom in recruitment to BIPS. He has handled
recruitment for big organizations including Larsen &
Toubro, Samsung C&T, Ducto Balfour Beatty Group,
Voltas & QBS.
Syed Aleem Hussain, our Senior Vice-President, has a
decade of experience in pilot/expansion projects. His
strengths include Business Development, Customer
Acquisition, Account Management, Client Relations,
Customer Service and Investment Management.
Colonel (Retd.) Hanif Ismail Surve, our General Manager
(Operations), has over 28 years of experience in the
Indian Army, and a few more years of operations
experience. He has handled Project Management,
Operations, Planning, HR and Administration,
Engineering, Maintenance and Repair, Estate
Management, Facility Management and Security. His
industry-specific wisdom covers Construction,
Infrastructure, MEP, Hospitality, QSR and Oil & Gas.
Ashwini S, our Vice-President (Recruitment), has an
experience of 10 years in recruitment covering a whole
range of industries. They include Construction, Roads,
Infrastructure, MEP, Petrochemicals, Oil & Gas, Power
Plants, Sewage Treatment Plants, F&B Production and
Housekeeping.
Vinay R Chavan, our Operations Manager, has
experience that spans 15 years in the Indian Navy, in
addition to 10 more years in a wide range of industries.
He has extended his wide technical knowledge to apply
it to management in these industry domains. His client
list includes major ports, docks, airports and navies in
the MENA region.
Natarajan Ramanathan, our Admin and Recruitment
Manager, brings with him 16 years of experience in the
Middle East, where he played many roles in the realm
of corporate organization. It has allowed him to handle
recruitment for prestigious clients like Diplomat,
Americana, Hamad Bin Khalid Group, Suhail Bahwan
Group and MarComm.
Joby Antony, our Manager (Operations), has an
experience of 17 years in construction for hospitality.
He handles recruitment for GP Zachariades, Ferrovial,
Lighting Group Qatar and McDonald’s. Some of his
esteemed projects are Dubai Mall and Emirates Tower.

follow country specific medical examination standards,

in Bahrain. If our candidates are found to be unfit on
either ground, we will replace and repatriate them at our
cost.

Employer will have to get registered on eMigrate by the IndianMission (www.emigrate.gov.in). Only registered employer will be able to raise demand / apply for permits for recruiting IndianEmigrants.
Create quality and cost effective search: Manpower planning including newspaper advertisements.
Indian Mission will process registration applications of Foreign Employer using eMigrate. Registered Employer to raise demandthrough eMigrate system and choose BIPS as preferred partner.
BIPS will acknowledge Demand received through eMigrate.
Screening, Mapping and shortlisting of potential candidates by technical team
Final Interview Selection by Employer & BIPS Management Team.
Medical test and forwarding of all necessary documents to client for employment visa processing post selections.
Receipt of visa from Employer. Emigrant clearance, overseas workersinsurance and booking of air tickets for deployments.
Pre-Departure medical test and orientation of candidates

ThePreparation
After following process to ensure that each recruit
is upto mark, we prepare the employee for a new
stint in a foreign country. They are informed of
local laws, international laws, valid documents that
migrants should have at all times, international
legal procedures for them, living costs and tips on
how to get a headstart in their new location.
Through this, we seek to ensure that they learn to
adapt to their new life abroad.
HOPE Foundation works to bring about change in
the lives of children, young people and vulnerable
individuals. They educate children, provide
healthcare and train young people and women in
livelihood skills. Their team of 550 people and
many more volunteers and partners work in 26
cities in India through over 100 programs and
community-based services.
HelpAge India is a leading charity in India working
with the disadvantaged elderly for more than 3
decades. Traditionally, the focus was to improve
the quality of life of destitute elders primarily in the
rural areas through its welfare projects by
providing free rations, free medicines and
consultations, and conducting free cataract
surgeries.

Expanding our vision to frontiers beyond, we
established Blue Leaf, a new venture, two years ago.
Our vision is to be the market leader in Internet-based
recruitment solutions from India. We culminated our
experience over the last decade and have taken it a
step further. We have created and developed a
Recruitment Management System (RMS) and a web
portal for blue collar workers. These are just our first
steps, with many more in the pipeline.
The job portal, named Jobs Raja, is aimed at giving
500 million Indians in the blue and grey collar job
market good career opportunities. With free
registration and CV-building services, they have
enhanced access to the job opportunities abroad.
Weballigator, our full fledged ERP (Enterprise
Recruitment Planning System), is designed to make the
